Coming on a Mirfield Day

A Mirfield Centre day usually begins at 10.00am, with light refreshments being available beforehand.

Morning sessions last until approximately 12.00 noon (including a break for further refreshments mid-way through the morning).  It is usual for us to timetable into the day, attendance at  Midday Office and Eucharist ( 12:00-12:45) with the Community of the Resurrection, though some events don't allow for this.

A light lunch is served at 1.00 pm.

Afternoon sessions usually commence at either 1.45 pm or 2.00 pm and the day often ends at 3.30 pm.

There is always space within a Quiet day, to enjoy the grounds of the Community and to spend some time enjoying the peace and quiet there.

Please note that Quiet days usually expect participants to remain in silence throughout the day, including at lunchtime.
